How CF gives back

Beach Clean-Ups
On the second Friday of every month, CF staff and a handful of clients clean the beach at New Castle Commons in partnership with the Blue Ocean Society (BOS). In addition to cleaning the beach, staff and clients record current weather conditions and gather useful that BOS can use in analyses regarding beach conditions in the area.

Workforce Coalition
CF is part of a Workforce Coalition, which brings together more than a dozen agencies as they work collaboratively to help people from all walks of life find employment in Strafford and Rockingham County. belief.

Community Outreach
In developing strong relationships with other community-based agencies, CF believes it must take a proactive role in helping to strengthen the employment infrastructure of our community. Regardless of a person’s background, CF believes employment is literally “the engine” that helps drive a healthy lifestyle. Examples of partners with whom CF regularly works includes area chambers of commerces, rotary clubs, Rockingham Community Action and the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund.
