PSYCHIATRY SERVICES

The Psychiatry Department plays an integral role in the care of consumers at Seacoast Mental Health Center. Nine Board Certified psychiatrists and a Registered Nurse Practitioner perform Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Monitoring and Hospital Consultations.

Psychiatry Staff

Wassfy Hanna, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Hanna graduated from Cairo University School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt and completed his psychiatric training at Metropolitan State Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He specializes in the treatment of children.

Edward H. Drummond, MD, Associate Medical Director
Dr. Drummond graduated from Tufts College of Liberal Arts and Tufts University School of Medicine in Massachusetts. He completed his psychiatric training at Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry. He specializes in Adult Psychiatry.

J. Eric Vance, MD, Associate Medical Director
Dr. Vance graduated from College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and University of Virginia Medical School in Charlottesville, VA. He completed his psychiatric training at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He is an adjunct professor of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Adolescent and Child Psychiatry.

Paul Fallon, MD
Dr. Fallon graduated from Boston College and Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts. He completed his psychiatric training at Harvard; Massachusetts Mental Health Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Adult Psychiatry.

Amy Feitelson, MD
Dr. Feitelson graduated from University of California, Berkley, CA and Tufts Medical School in Massachusetts. She completed her psychiatric training at Harvard Medical School. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Adult Psychiatry.

James Kates, MD
Dr. Kates graduated from Clark University in Worcester, MA and George Washington University, Washington, DC. He completed his psychiatric training at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center; Westchester Division. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Adult Psychiatry.

Clare R. Rogers, MD
Dr. Rogers graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York, NY and George Washington School of Medicine, Washington, DC. She completed her psychiatric training at Harvard Medical School, Cambridge Hospital, Cambridge, MA. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Adult Psychiatry.

Dee Perrotta
Delores Perrotta RNC,MS graduated from Spencer Hospital School of Nursing, in Meadville Pa., California University of PA with a BS in Nursing Ed. and University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Science. She received a Certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from The American Nurses Credentialing Center and specializes in psychiatric nursing.
