Administration/Support

    Patient Accounts Representative
    Seeking to fill this position within our Accounts Receivable Department in our Portsmouth Office. This position requires communicating directly with our clients, handling a wide range of responsibilities including preparing and mailing third party billing materials, client billing, posting cash, remittance advices and follow-up. Experience with medical billing standards, procedures and accounts receivable software required. Pleasant telephone manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

    Case Manager - Portsmouth Office
    The Community Support Program at SMHC, Inc. is looking for experienced individuals to join our Portsmouth multidisciplinary treatment team. This postition organizes, coordinates and advocates for services both within and outside the agency. In addition, the candidate must be comfortable with, and skilled at assisting individuals with managing their symptoms in various community settings. Skill in clinical documentation is also a must. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent and will preferably have at least one year of experience in the field. Ability to work in a team setting, experience with the N.H. state system, computer skills, and attention to detail are important.

Seeking dedicated, caring, energetic individuals to provide therapeutic mentoring in the community to at risk youth. Training in psychopharmacology, family supports, crisis intervention, monthly clinical supervision, and documentation provided. Therapeutic Mentors work a flexible part time schedule, which requires evening and weekend (Saturday 10-3) availability. Bachelor’s degree in social work, human service or related field required. Dedication to improving the outcomes for at risk youth a must.

    Seeking an innovative, energetic candidate for our Exeter office to assist individuals recovering from severe and persistent mental illness move forward in competitive employment, education and independence. Qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent plus one year of experience working in the field of mental health.     Assessment and Crisis Stabilization Clinician
    Seeking a full-time (35 hours per week) Clinician for our Assessment and Crisis Stabilization Team. This position entails a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, afternoons and evenings, and some on-call weekend work as needed. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a clinically related mental health discipline and be licensed in the state of New Hampshire. Previous experience in a community mental health setting is preferred.
