MASTERS LEVEL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. offers a Masters Level internship program to qualified second year students in Social Work or Counseling. There are between 3 and 5 available positions per academic year. Specific placement opportunities may vary each year due to program need and case availability.

The placement consists of a 24 hour work week lasting the academic year in either the Adult Outpatient Program, Elders Department, Children and Family Services or Community Support Program. Over the course of the year it is expected that trainees will gain experience with a wide range of clinical populations, and modalities of psychotherapy, including both short and longer-term approaches to treatment.

Although we accept applications throughout the year, the deadline for Fall placement is March 31st.
