Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. has offices in Portsmouth and Exeter, NH. Our general business hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-8:00pm and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Emergency Services are available 24/7.

If you are interested in learning about our services or making an appointment, please call the Portsmouth Office at 603-431-6703 or the Exeter Office at 603-772-2710, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. When you schedule your first appointment, the Admissions/Intake Representative will gather a brief history from you and the reason you are requesting services. They will assist you with cost and insurance questions as well as any questions about starting treatment at SMHC.
If you require emergency services outside of our general business hours, our answering service will take your name and phone number and a trained on-call clinician will immediately return your call.
