This position requires coordinating services and providing direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent and preferably have one year of experience working in the field. Ability to work in a team setting and experience with crisis intervention, dual diagnosis and state systems, a plus.
