From Portsmouth:
Follow Route 33 until it turns into Portsmouth Avenue. Follow Portsmouth Avenue through Stratham, heading towards Exeter. After driving under the Rt. 101 bridge, you will drive through 3 sets of lights. Immediately after the third set of lights, take a left onto Highland St. Highland St. is directly across from Walgreen’s. At the end of Highland Street, take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Hampton:
Follow Route 101 West and take Exit 11. Turn left at end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Ave. You will drive through 3 sets of lights. Immediately after the third set of lights, take a left onto Highland St. Highland St. is directly across from Walgreen’s. At the end of Highland Street, take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Boston:
Take Route 95 North to New Hampshire. Take Exit 2 for Exeter, Manchester, and Hampton Beach. After going through the toll booth, bear right to merge onto Route 101 West. Take Exit 11 off Rt. 101 West. Turn left at end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Ave. You will drive through 3 sets of lights. Immediately after the third set of lights, take a left onto Highland St. Highland St. is directly across from Walgreen’s. At the end of Highland Street, take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Portland:
Take Route 95 South to New Hampshire. Take last exit before Hampton Toll Plaza to Rt. 101 West. Take Exit 11 off of Rt. 101 West. Turn left at end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Ave. You will drive through 3 sets of lights. Immediately after the third set of lights, take a left onto Highland St. Highland St. is directly across from Walgreen’s. At the end of Highland Street, take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Manchester:
Heading east on Route 101 take Exit 11. Turn right at end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Ave. You will drive through 3 sets of lights. Immediately after the third set of lights, take a left onto Highland St. Highland St. is directly across from Walgreen’s. At the end of Highland Street, take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Nashua Area:
Take 111 to Exeter downtown area. At the bandstand turn right on Water Street. After you have crossed over the river, bear left at first set of traffic lights onto Portsmouth Ave. Take a right onto Auburn Street and then take a left onto Prospect Ave. Follow Prospect Ave. until you reach our building located on the left. It is brown with green trim.

From Boston:
Take Route 95 North to New Hampshire. Take exit 5 (Portsmouth) and follow to Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Go around circle and head south on US Route 1 until you reach the lights directly before Market Basket (on your right). Take a left at this intersection onto Elwyn Road. Follow Elwyn Road to the next four-way intersection. Take a left, you are now on Sagamore Ave. SMHC is 1/2 mile down on your left.

From Portland:
Take Route 95 South to New Hampshire. Take exit 5 (Portsmouth). Take 1st exit off ramp and follow to Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Take Route 101 East to Route 95 North. Take the first Portsmouth exit off of Route 95 (Exit 3, Route 33) and take a right at the exit ramp. At the second set of traffic lights after the exit ramp (by the Short Stop Market), take a right on Peverly Hill Road. Go straight through the first set of lights and continue straight through the next set of lights as you cross over Rt. 1 (Market Basket will be on your right). Follow Elwyn Road to the next 4-way intersection. Take a left at this intersection onto Sagamore Ave. SMHC is 1/2 mile down on your left.

From Concord:
Travel east on Route 4 to the Portsmouth traffic circle. Go around circle and head south on US Route 1 until you reach a traffic light before Market Basket on your right. Take a left at this intersection onto Elwyn Road. Follow Elwyn Road to the next four-way intersection. Take a left, you are now on Sagamore Ave. SMHC is 1/2 mile down on your left.
